Presenting after an year long break, the delicious 2024 Winter Frost White from Nilgiri. This is our second and the last tea from 2024 Winter harvest from the region. We've been offering a lot of teas from the "frost" season but not many from the other ones, which have so much to offer as well. So this year, we decided to pick only the two most spectaular batches from winter season and offer a lot more from spring and summer harvests, this is one of those spectacular batches.

The dry leaf has a fruity aroma resembling sweet lime. It also has a dessert like creamy finish. When placed on the heated ware, you can notice almond marzipan like aroma along with a sweet fruity finish. The liquor is refreshing and greets you with notes of mosambi and jasmine on your first sip. As you sip further, you can taste notes of armenian cucumber in the tea. As the liquor cools down you can taste fruity notes of ripe mango and mosambi. There is a hint of almond and pistachos as well, but  it is just a hint not enough to influence the whole profile, which remains fruity and floral. Interestingly, it also tastes a little like jasmine rice. We hope you enjoy this fresh from the garden gem which encapsulates the winter Nilgiri profile like none other!
